100% specialty arabica coffee beans.
Whole bean — grind right before brewing. 16:1 water-to-coffee ratio. Best brewed between 195–205°F (90–96°C). Steep 4 minutes for French press, 3 minutes for V60.
Store in an airtight container, cool and dry. Best within 30 days of roast date — never refrigerate.
