§ 10–11 — Scope & terms

Payment — 50% deposit to begin, 50% on completion (not on launch — launch timing is your decision). Builds over $25,000 equivalent may be split across agreed milestones. Monthly plans are billed in advance.
Quoting — web apps, MVPs, mobile apps and AI agents are quoted following a discovery call. Listed prices reflect the typical scope stated in each section.
Revisions & scope — each package includes the stated number of revision rounds. New pages, features, screens, integrations or changes of direction are quoted separately as scope additions.
Support periods — cover fixing faults in delivered work (bugs, errors, things not functioning as specified) — not new features, design changes, content updates or training.
Stalled projects — if required materials or feedback aren’t received for 30 consecutive days, the project is paused, the remaining balance becomes payable, and a restart fee applies to resume.
Handover — on final payment, you receive full ownership of the delivered work, source files and access credentials.
Currency — figures shown are indicative and may be adjusted to prevailing exchange rates at the time of quotation. You’re quoted and invoiced in your local currency where possible.
Validity — prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Taxes are additional where applicable.
